Pat Vines Memorial Service

A memorial service for Patsy O. “Pat” Vines, 72, of Wellington, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Grace Tabernacle Ministries Church,  4507 Whites Gap Road, Jacksonville, AL 36265.  Reverend Byrian Watts will officiate.  The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church.

Pat passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her husband, Troy Lee Vines; parents, Herbert and Bunnell Ogle; and grandson, Jacob Wyatt Ayers.

Pat was a long-time resident of Jacksonville.  She was a member of Grace Tabernacle Ministries Church, where she was know as the “mint lady” and was a member of the “good timers”.  She also loved to crochet and cook.

Survivors include her son, Jason Ayers (Jamie); daughter, Erin Ayers Knight (Ken); grandchildren, Kirstie Ayers, Ian Bryant, Kyle Knight, Drew Wilson (Kristin), Kylie Cornett, Hayden Cornett, and Randy Webb (Brandy); great-grandchildren, Chandler Wyatt Ayers, Blanton Wilson, Skyla Webb and Jayson Edwin Webb; sisters, Sandra Smelser (Bill) and Suzanne Blackman (Walter); amd several nieces and nephews.
